Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 14, 2026

Total Home Consultants, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through myatlantahomeinspector.com (the "Website"), how we use and share it, and the choices you have. We extend the core privacy rights described below to all visitors, regardless of where you live, as a matter of practice.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a form on the Website — such as a contact request or an agent referral — we collect the information you provide, which typically includes your name, email address, phone number, the property or service you're asking about, and any message you send. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we also collect the email address you provide for that purpose.

Information from the live-chat feature. If you use the live-chat feature on our Website, your conversation and any information you share in it are collected and processed by our third-party live-chat provider on our behalf.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically collect certain technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, links clicked, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this through Google Analytics 4 and standard server logs to understand how the Website is used.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the Website, and we do not ask for Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or payment-card details through the Website.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • respond to your inquiries and provide the inspection services you request;
  • schedule inspections and communicate with you and (with your permission) your real estate agent;
  • send you information you request, including our newsletter if you subscribe;
  • operate, maintain, analyze, and improve the Website; and
  • comply with our legal obligations and protect our rights.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies, primarily through Google Analytics 4, to measure Website traffic and usage. Google processes this data on our behalf; you can learn about Google's practices at policies.google.com/privacy and opt out of Google Analytics across sites using Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work as intended.

We honor browser-based Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required. Because there is no common industry standard for "Do Not Track," we do not currently respond to DNT signals beyond honoring GPC.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers who help us operate the Website and our business and who are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us — for example, our form provider (Formspree), Google Analytics, our live-chat provider, and our website host and security provider (Bluehost and Cloudflare).
  • Inspection marketing partner. When you engage us for an inspection and sign our home-inspection agreement, you may consent to our sharing your name, phone number, email, and the inspected property address with InspectionGo, Inc. and its affiliated or partner companies so they may contact you about products and services related to your home purchase. This consent is not required to use our services, and you may revoke it at any time by visiting InspectionGo's opt-out page or calling InspectionGo at (814) 682-7530. You can review InspectionGo's privacy policy at inspectiongo.com/privacy.
  • Legal and safety reasons — to comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of our clients, the public, or us.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

Your privacy rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:

  • know or access the personal information we hold about you;
  • delete your personal information;
  • correct inaccurate personal information;
  • opt out of any sharing of your personal information for third-party marketing (including the InspectionGo arrangement described above); and
  • exercise these rights without receiving discriminatory treatment.

To make a request, email [email protected] or call (678) 985-9800. We will verify your request (typically by confirming details we already have on file) and respond within the time required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain our business and inspection records, and meet legal, tax, and insurance requirements, after which we delete or de-identify it.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

The Website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party links

The Website may link to third-party sites (for example, our scheduler, review profiles, or YouTube). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; their policies govern your use of them.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version, and material changes will be posted on this page.
